What happens after my free trial ends?

After your 14-day free trial, you can choose to upgrade to a paid plan. If you don't upgrade, your account will be paused but your data will be retained for 30 days.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges or credits.

What counts as a "call"?

A call is any audio recording analyzed by our system, regardless of duration. Both inbound and outbound calls count toward your monthly limit.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing is available with a 20% discount. Contact sales for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH transfers, and wire transfers for Enterprise plans.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise plans may include optional implementation and training services.

What if I exceed my call limit?
